In 2021, Mentoring Europe launched a Practitioners’ committee. Goal of this committee is to strengthen the mentoring field and to bring the practitioners’ perspective to the activities and ambitions of Mentoring Europe.

The committee meets regulary, discussing actualities and giving advice. Current agenda items for the upcoming season are: quality thinking, definitions of mentoring, trends and opportunities, and the European Mentoring Summit 2024.
