We bring together mentoring practitioners, researchers and organisations in Europe for knowledge sharing and enhanced collaboration for the advancement of social mentoring in the continent.
Transferring Research into Mentoring
We work with a researchers' committee to collect and increase the reach of mentoring research. We want to make this information available to the mentoring community and translate the evidence into practice.
Building Quality in Mentoring
We work with our mentoring community to develop new quality systems to enhance mentoring practices and tools to lead to better outcomes in mentoring.
Advocating for mentoring in Europe
We bring mentoring to the front of social development policies in Europe and give it recognition and support in policy-making. We bring together the European mentoring field with policy-makers on European, national and local levels.
